Srikanth meanwhile refuses to let her go and tries all means to create problems between them. Her shrew mother in law ( Geetanjali ) tries hard to separate them but Rasi wins Prithvi's heart through dedication and service. He is in hospital trying to save Rasi from goons.
Initially when he contacts her, she agrees to elope with him ( because the marirage was not to her liking ) but a few incidents later she realises Prithvi is nice and caring and refuses to leave him. when he returns back he sees that she is already married to Prithvi a very rich man. He goes abroad and works very hard to earn that much money. He has to earn 25 lakhs before he gets to marry her.
Here both are lovers but Raasi's father has a condition. Srikanth took over as a family favourite in the mid 90s. Both Srikanth and Raasi look domestic for a social audience.
